Benjamin Hyde began his real estate investing journey in 2018, quickly gaining hands-on experience in building his own portfolio. 

Recognizing a need for reliable, high-quality property services, he soon launched his own property maintenance company, where he earned a reputation for exceptional repairs, remodeling, and outstanding customer service.

Through years of working closely with properties and investors, Benjamin developed a deep understanding of what it takes to protect and grow real estate investments. Driven by a passion to serve clients at every stage of the process, he expanded his focus into property management.

In November 2025, Benjamin founded Redline Property Management to bring his full-service approach to investors seeking dependable, results-driven support. His mission is simple: to provide the same level of care, quality, and attention to detail that helped him successfully grow his own investments—now extended to every client he serves.

Marion was raised in Caddo and DeSoto Parishes before her family relocated to Arizona. In 2018, life’s journey brought her back home to Louisiana.

Marion’s passion for real estate and property management began in 2014 in Arizona, where she became a licensed property manager specializing in both commercial and residential properties. When she returned to Louisiana, she expanded her experience to include multifamily housing and played a key role in helping property management companies launch and grow 

successfully. She has also found the love for guiding real estate investors with growing their portfolio by finding them the property that fits their model .

Today, Marion has joined Ben in building a property management company serving Shreveport, Bossier City, and the surrounding areas—focused on delivering exceptional service to property owners and providing tenants with a proactive, responsive team they can rely on.
